Unauthorized IQScore Subscription Charge on Mastercard Without Consent

On 27/05/2026, at 21:43, a charge from Iqscore Me Bill appeared on my BTG account, on my Mastercard credit card, in the amount of 14.99 USD (R$ 80,37), referring to a subscription service that I did not request or authorize. At that time, I was not even using my phone, which reinforces that I did not perform this transaction. After noticing the charge, I tried to contact IQSCORE by email and also contacted my bank. The bank informed me that it was a digital purchase made via my cellphone and said that I should resolve the issue directly with IQSCORE. However, I have not obtained any effective solution so far, and the charge remains even though I did not subscribe to or use this service. I request the full refund of the amount of R$ 80,37 charged for this unauthorized subscription and the immediate cancellation and blocking of any future charges or services from Iqscore Me Bill or related companies that I have not expressly contracted.
