I am filing this complaint because the website IQScore.ME has been making weekly charges to my Klar card without my authorization or clear consent, and I want these charges to stop and to recover my money. These charges appear every week, and I do not want to continue paying for this service. I went to the bank and they told me that I have to cancel the subscription directly on this site to avoid more charges, but this situation is affecting me because the charges continue appearing on my Klar card. I do not have clear information about what I supposedly subscribed to or how this subscription was activated. With this complaint, I request that any subscription or service related to lqscore.me be completely canceled, that future charges to my Klar card be blocked, and that I be refunded for the amounts that have been charged to me without my explicit authorization.
