I did not request, authorize, or knowingly subscribe to any service or plan with this company, so this is an undue subscription and improper billing. As soon as I noticed the problem, I contacted my bank, Nubank, and informed them of these unauthorized charges on my card. However, I was unable to establish any contact with Iqscore.me to clarify the situation or request the cancellation and refund directly, which leaves me even more insecure about the way this company operates. I request the full refund of the two charges made on my Nubank Mastercard credit card and the immediate cancellation of any subscription or service linked to my data and my card at Iqscore.me, as I did not authorize these charges or contract any service on this site. I also request written confirmation that the subscription has been canceled and that no further charges will be made without my express authorization.
