IQScore.ME Made Unauthorized Charges On Apple Pay

I recently noticed an unauthorized charge of US$14.99 on my Bank SinoPac credit card ending with 1704. The transaction is dated 29/06/2026 and appears under the description iqscore.me/aa. The only thing I did on their website was answer a question about “How to improve your IQ and cognitive abilities?”, and at no point was it clear to me that I would be charged US$14.99 or that I was subscribing to any paid service. I do not understand why this amount has been charged, as I did not knowingly approve any subscription and I have not received clear information about what this payment is for. I also could not find an effective way to contact iqscore.me/aa other than an email address, which makes it difficult to resolve this issue directly with them. I have already contacted IQScore.ME via email about this charge but I have not received any response so far, which increases my concern that I may not be able to obtain a refund. I request that the US$14.99 be fully refunded, that any subscription or paid service associated with my details on iqscore.me/aa be immediately cancelled, and that any future payments to this merchant be blocked so that similar unauthorized charges do not occur again. I kindly ask that this situation be investigated and resolved as soon as possible.
