IQscore.me Keeps Charging After a One-Time Payment

I am writing regarding an unauthorized membership charge from IQscore.me. On 27/06, I paid £14.99 via Apple Pay using my American Express card in order to see my results one time only. I did not intend to start any ongoing membership or recurring subscription, and I was not clearly informed that a membership would continue and further charges would be taken. After that single payment to view my results, IQscore.me has continued to charge me, even though I only agreed to pay once. I did not receive any email or written confirmation from IQscore.me explaining a subscription, membership terms, renewal dates, or how to cancel, and I do not know how to stop or cancel this membership from their site or app. I only realised that they were charging me again when I saw the notice from my card, so these additional charges came as a complete surprise. I request that all unauthorized recurring charges be cancelled immediately, that any active membership or subscription linked to my payment be terminated, and that I receive a full refund of the £14.99 and any other amounts charged without my clear and explicit consent. I also ask for written confirmation that no further money will be taken from my card via Apple Pay in the future and clear information on how any account or membership in my name has been closed.
