IQScore.ME Charged My Card Repeatedly After a One-Time Payment

On April 24 I made a single, intentional payment of 1 dollar via Apple Pay on the IQSCORE.ME/US website in order to receive a credit score report. I did not enter my card details directly on the site and I did not approve any additional payments beyond this one‑time charge. Despite this, my bank account has been charged multiple times in shekels without my authorization. According to my bank statement, charges totaling 59.96 were taken on April 27, May 5, May 12 and May 19, each time by IQSCORE.ME/US. I did not approve these transactions, I did not knowingly subscribe to any recurring service, and I do not understand on what basis these amounts were debited from my account. I could not find any clear information or contact details for IQSCORE.ME/US beyond what appears on the internet, so I am turning to you through this platform. I request that the unauthorized charges, totaling 59.96, be fully refunded and that any subscription or recurring payment linked to my card or Apple Pay be cancelled immediately. I also ask that you confirm in writing that no further charges will be made to my account without my explicit and informed consent.
