IQ Score Me Charged Me Twice for a Membership I Never Signed Up For
I recently used IQ Score Me to take an advertised free IQ test. At the end of the test, I paid only for an IQ certificate, which I received as expected. At no point did I knowingly sign up for a paid membership or recurring subscription. Shortly after taking the test in mid‑September, I was unexpectedly charged $14.99. Since I did not agree to any ongoing membership, I considered this charge unauthorized. Today, in order to prevent any future charges, I tried to unsubscribe from any possible “membership” by using the cancellation form provided on their website. Instead of confirming the cancellation, the company charged me again, this time $23.99, and I did not receive any helpful response from support. The only “response” I have seen so far is this new charge. I request that IQ Score Me immediately refund all unauthorized amounts, including the initial $14.99 and the $23.99 charged when I attempted to cancel, and permanently delete my account and all of my data from their system. I also ask that they confirm in writing that my membership is fully cancelled and that no further charges will be made to my card.
