On 2 September 2026, a payment of 14.99 USD was taken automatically from my card by IQScore.me / IQSCORE.ME/BILL London, even though I only intended to make a one‑time payment when I first clicked the link and used the service. I did not clearly consent to any recurring or automatic subscription. After noticing this, I cancelled the subscription, but the initial amount of 14.99 USD (approximately 119.85 HKD) was still charged to my account without my clear awareness that this would be a recurring payment. I request that IQ Score Me refund this full 14.99 USD charge to my card and confirm that no further payments will ever be taken from my account.
