IQOS Never Delivered the Product I Ordered Through www.terea.gen.tr
Hello everyone, My husband is trying to quit smoking, so he decided to order IQOS from a website that promises delivery through a carrier within two hours in Istanbul. The website has a WhatsApp number for communication. He made the payment via bank transfer to their QNB account, but after receiving the payment, they blocked him. Nothing was delivered, neither yesterday nor today. Feeling completely frustrated, I decided to contact them from my number today because I was boiling with anger. At first, they were very responsive and tried to lure me into placing an order. However, when I mentioned that they had treated my friend unfairly and asked whether I should report them to the authorities, they stopped replying. The total amount my husband paid was ₺3430, and I am beyond upset. You have no idea how much this has affected me—I couldn’t even sleep properly last night. If there’s a police officer here who can help or if someone could call them and reason with them to return the money, I’d be so grateful. This isn’t the kind of thing we should just let slide.
