I Got Ignored After Paying for My IQOS Order from a Telegram Seller in Türkiye

I strongly advise against shopping through the Iqos Türkiye Telegram channel. Everything seems professional and smooth during the order process — they’re extremely responsive and polite until the payment is made. But once the money is sent, the communication suddenly stops.

I tried reaching out via WhatsApp, which they used actively before the payment, but now they don’t respond at all. It’s shocking because they operate under what appears to be a professional business account since 2014, which gave me a false sense of security.

There is no tracking, no updates, no product — just silence. If I don’t receive my order or get a refund immediately, I will be forced to take legal action. IQOS should take responsibility for how their name is being misused in these shady operations.
