I Ordered IQOS Terea, Sent ₺ via EFT, and Got Blocked Right After Payment
I placed an order for IQOS Terea through a seller using the number 0536 5156*** . Everything seemed fine until I completed the EFT payment, which I transferred to a person named U İ under the name of someone called B B**. Right after the payment went through, they blocked me with no explanation and no delivery.
I have already initiated the necessary legal steps to report this fraud. It's clear now that this was a scam operation. I’m extremely frustrated and disappointed — I trusted a seller using the IQOS name and believed it was legitimate.
This isn’t just about the money; it’s about being deceived and left with no product and no way to contact anyone. I’m warning others not to fall into the same trap. These scammers are abusing the IQOS brand reputation to trick people into sending money through untraceable methods.
I call on IQOS Türkiye to take action against those misusing their brand and to help protect consumers from similar experiences. I also expect the company to step in and assist victims in resolving these issues.
