If IQ Academy says you’re enrolled but no course materials are visible online;

Contact IQ Academy support with a clear escalation;

• State that your enrollment is confirmed but no course content or materials are accessible in your student portal
• Provide your full name, registered email, student/account ID, course name, and enrollment date
• Describe exactly what you see when you log in (empty dashboard, missing modules, access errors)

Ask them to;

• Confirm that your enrollment is fully activated and not stuck in a pending or technical state
• Grant immediate access to all course materials included in your enrollment
