Contact IQ Academy support with a clear escalation;
• State that your submitted work has been pending for weeks with no feedback or results
• Provide your full name, registered email, student/account ID, course name, and enrollment date
• List the assignments submitted, submission dates, and the lack of response
Ask them to;
• Confirm whether your submissions were received and are under review
• Explain why feedback/results are delayed beyond normal timelines
• Provide a clear and written timeframe for grading and feedback
• Assign a tutor or academic reviewer immediately so you can continue the course
If they respond with vague excuses like “academic review,” “high volume,” or “internal delays”;
• Ask for the specific policy or SLA that defines grading timelines
• Request written confirmation that your course progress will not be penalized due to their delay
If there is still no response or progress;
• Save all submission confirmations, emails, screenshots, and platform logs and file a complaint on Xolvie to report unresponsive academic support and seek help completing your course
