On 1 May 2026, I had a screen protector installed for my iPhone 15 Pro Max at Gürgençler, the Apple sub-dealer in Mall of Istanbul, Başakşehir, Istanbul. I paid ₺1,000 from my company account, and the invoice was issued to my company HARYAP İnşaat. The product they used was presented as an Apple‑approved PUFFLE brand screen protector. The next day, on 2 May 2026, the screen protector cracked and broke from the lower left side in several spots. During this period, the phone did not suffer any impact, drop, or similar damage, and this can also be understood from the phone case and its overall condition. I seriously question both the workmanship quality and whether the screen protector installed was actually the original product from the PUFFLE brand, because the boxes were already open and they took a different protector from inside the box and installed it. I contacted Gürgençler headquarters about this issue. I explained that the screen protector broke in just one day without any external impact and that I am dissatisfied. Their response was that there is no warranty, that they sold it and there is nothing they can do. I find both this attitude and the lack of responsibility for a product that failed in one day completely unacceptable. My previous screen protector, which cost ₺200 lasted for about a year under similar usage, which clearly shows that the current product and/or workmanship is problematic. I request a full refund of the ₺1,000 I paid for the screen protector and, if necessary, an investigation into whether the installed product is indeed the original, Apple‑approved PUFFLE screen protector. I expect this issue to be reviewed and resolved promptly and fairly.

This so-called “high-quality” screen protector that they claimed was recommended by Apple cracked and broke within just one day. What a disappointment for a so-called brand.
