iPhone 15 Plus Slowed Down After iOS Updates
When I first purchased my iPhone 15 Plus, I genuinely felt that I was using a high-quality device thanks to its features and performance. However, with every new software update, I have noticed a clear decline in both quality and user experience. After these updates, the phone behaves as if it has been downgraded to a cheaper model.
In particular, opening apps has become noticeably more difficult. Even simple actions like searching on Google cause the phone to react unpredictably, with frequent lags, freezes, and delays. FaceTime no longer works as it used to—it struggles to recognize my face, and I am constantly forced to enter my passcode instead. The Contacts and Photos sections have also become confusing and inconvenient after the updates, making me feel as though I am using an older-generation device. It is disappointing to see the iPhone’s quality regress with each software update.
My expectation from Apple is that my device’s performance be restored to its pre–iOS 18 state, and that the damaged user experience caused by these updates be fixed. I am requesting that this issue be investigated and that a solution be provided to return my phone to the smooth, fast, and reliable performance it had when I first bought it.
