Apple AirPods 4 Malfunctioning After 15 Days – Requesting Replacement
I purchased Apple AirPods 4 with order number W1590659667, but within 15 days, I started experiencing issues with charging and sound quality. After contacting customer support, I was told the problem was software-related and that resetting the device or phone would resolve it. However, shortly after, the earbuds began emitting a constant humming noise.
When I reached out again, support advised me to send the product for warranty service but warned that it might be returned without any action. They suggested updating the software instead. Despite following every recommendation, the issues persist.
I now demand a replacement for this faulty product. These repeated attempts to avoid resolving the problem have effectively denied me my right to an unconditional replacement. Apple must take responsibility and address this immediately.
