Investing.com Pro Membership Gives Constant Data Access Errors
Last month, I purchased an annual Pro membership through Investing.com. However, despite having an active paid subscription, I have been receiving constant error messages for approximately the last two weeks while trying to use the application. The app repeatedly displays the message: “Unable to access data, please try again,” and because of this, I cannot use the service properly.
I encounter this error especially when trying to view market data, which means I am unable to benefit from the service I paid for. I purchased this membership using my credit card and paid approximately $164, yet I am not receiving a stable or properly functioning application experience in return for the amount I paid.
I request that Investing.com investigate and resolve the access and error problems affecting my account and restore the application so it can be used continuously and without interruptions. Otherwise, I demand a full refund of the amount I paid for this unusable service.
