Nike Shoes from Intersport Making Annoying Noise – Refund or Exchange Denied

I bought a pair of Nike shoes from Intersport, and they’ve been making an irritating noise from the soles since the beginning. I tried to return them, but my request was denied. I can’t use the shoes in their current condition, and they’ve asked me to send them in for another review. Why should I go through the same process again? It hasn’t even been a month since I purchased them, and I’m requesting either a refund or an exchange. This issue needs to be resolved immediately.
