I recently purchased a pair of Nike Revolution shoes from Intersport (order number 2674763059621927) and have been making payments on it. Shockingly, within two months, the thin fabric on the sole came off, and the "Nike Revolution" print faded on its own. When I visited the Mavibahçe Intersport store to request assistance, they refused to help and suggested I get the shoe repaired at any cobbler. This suggestion is absurd – I bought authentic Nike shoes, so why should I have to replace the original sole with a non-genuine one? I’m asking Intersport or Nike to take responsibility for this issue. Either repair my shoes or replace them with a new pair. This level of quality and service is unacceptable, especially for a product that’s only two months old.
