Nike Air Max Alpha Trainer 5 Squeaks Loudly
On January 21, 2023, I purchased two pairs of Nike Air Max Alpha Trainer 5 shoes in different colors (green and gray) from Intersport at Mall of Istanbul for my husband. While he wore the green pair without issues, he recently started using the gray pair, and within 30 minutes of wearing, it began making loud squeaking sounds with every step on any surface. The noise has become unbearable, and he no longer wants to wear them.
When we brought the shoes back to the store for inspection, we were told that the claim might be rejected. This reasoning makes no sense, as the green pair doesn’t have this issue. If our request is denied, we will pursue this matter further to ensure it’s resolved. We urgently request an exchange for these defective shoes.
