Instagram Locked Me Out After Phone Reset and I Lost My Backup Codes and Password

I recently reset my phone, and now I can’t get into my Instagram account. I lost the backup codes and can’t remember my old password. I do get a code sent to my phone, but the app still wants a backup code that I don’t have anymore. This whole thing has been confusing and stressful, and I’d appreciate it if Instagram could help me get back into my account. I’ve tried everything I could think of, but nothing is working. I hope someone can help me with this soon. Thanks a lot for your help.
