XOS 16 Update Ruined My Infinix GT 30 Pro
I purchased my Infinix GT 30 Pro about two months ago, and after installing the XOS 16 update approximately one week ago, the phone started experiencing serious software problems. Since the update, the device has suffered from constant freezing, severe lag, system errors, FPS drops and frame rate locking while gaming, touchscreen delays, and excessive overheating. Before installing the update, my phone worked perfectly. Now it has become almost unusable, and these issues have persisted ever since the update.
I bought this phone because I trusted the Infinix brand and its reputation, but it has become the most disappointing smartphone I have ever owned. I have tried to get technical support, but I have not received any effective assistance. At this point, I have exhausted every troubleshooting option I can perform on my own, and the ongoing problems have been extremely frustrating.
I request that Infinix provide an official way to roll my device back to XOS 15 so I can restore the stable performance I had before the update. I also ask the company to urgently investigate these software issues and release a permanent fix as soon as possible.
