Infinix 40 Keeps Getting Stuck on the XOS Screen

For about the past 10 days, I have been experiencing a serious issue with my Infinix 40 that I believe is related to the phone's software. The device repeatedly gets stuck on the XOS screen, forcing me to restart it every time. Even after restarting, the same problem returns a few days later. Now the phone freezes on the Infinix logo by itself, making it impossible to use normally.
I have not sent the phone to a service center yet. Instead, I have tried fixing the problem on my own by following videos on YouTube, but none of the solutions have permanently resolved the issue. My only goal is to have a phone that works properly again.
If this is a software-related problem, I would appreciate a software fix or clear troubleshooting guidance. I also request a written explanation by email describing what is causing this issue so I can better understand it and inform others who may experience the same problem.
I ask Infinix to respond promptly and provide a permanent solution to this ongoing software issue.
