Oppo Reno 11F 5G Freezes After Software Update

I have been using my Oppo Reno 11F 5G for about four months, and after installing the latest software update, I started experiencing several serious problems with the device. The phone frequently freezes, becomes unresponsive, and randomly lags during normal use, making the overall experience very frustrating. In addition, battery performance has noticeably declined since the update, and the battery now drains much faster than it did before.

Another issue is with the personal hotspot feature. Even though the hotspot is turned on, it does not appear on other devices, making it impossible to share my internet connection. None of these problems existed before the software update, so having multiple issues appear at the same time strongly suggests that the update introduced them.

I have not yet taken the device to an authorized service center because I believe these are software-related issues. I request that Oppo release a software update that permanently fixes the freezing, lagging, rapid battery drain, and personal hotspot problems so the phone can return to its normal level of performance as soon as possible.
