I am writing about a serious payment issue I am facing with INDBET. I tried to deposit money several times through UPI, and the amount was successfully deducted from my bank account, but the balance was never credited to my INDBET game ID.
On May 10, May 18, and May 19, 2026, I made multiple deposit attempts, and each time the payment showed as successful in my bank account transaction history. In total, around ₹3,000 has been deducted from my account, yet my INDBET wallet still has not received this amount.
Despite the payments being completed successfully from the bank side, there is no corresponding deposit reflected in my INDBET account. This issue has caused me financial loss, stress, and major inconvenience because my money has effectively disappeared without being added to my game balance.
I request that the deducted amount of approximately ₹3,000 be either immediately credited to my INDBET game ID or fully refunded back to my bank account as soon as possible.
I also expect INDBET to urgently investigate these UPI transactions and provide a clear explanation regarding why the payments were deducted successfully while no deposit was credited to my account.
