Bosch Serie 6 Washer Rusting Under Soap Dispenser

I purchased a Bosch washing machine, which was delivered to me in Pattaya, Thailand, on 14 September 2022 under sales order number 1115388916. Since around January 2025, I have noticed rust forming on the exterior of the machine near the soap dispenser. The paint in that area has started bubbling, and the rust problem is getting worse over time. I contacted the store where I bought the machine, and they informed me that this issue is not covered, without offering a satisfactory solution. I am currently checking the warranty status, but so far, I have not received any clear confirmation. I have taken photos of the rust and the paint bubbling to document the problem. Considering the relatively short time since purchase and the fact that this is a corrosion and paint quality issue on the exterior of the machine, I find this situation unacceptable for a Bosch product. I request that Bosch arrange a free repair of the affected area or, if repair is not possible or not reliable, replace the washing machine with a new one that does not have this defect. I kindly ask you to review my case, assess the product based on the photos and, if necessary, by inspection, and inform me as soon as possible about the solution you will provide.
