Complaint For Rescheduling My Order For No Reason From iMile

I placed an order from SHEIN under the order number GSH1QD11A00N30R, which was handed over to Imile for delivery with tracking number 6121225354534. The parcel was first rescheduled on 17 December, and since then, Imile has kept rescheduling the delivery for no clear reason. It has now been about two and a half weeks, even though I needed this order urgently. I am waiting for the delivery in Dubai, Alraha building, Al Barsha 1. I contacted SHEIN customer service, and they told me to reach out to Imile, but Imile does not answer my calls, and I have not been able to get any support or clear information. I request that my parcel be delivered to my address immediately without any further delays, and that Imile and SHEIN take responsibility to ensure this shipment is completed as soon as possible.
