Paysera Froze My Account After Receiving a Two Part Payment for My Laptop
Mostly for informal transfers between friends and relatives, I have been using Paysera since early 2023—nothing regular or commercial. Until lately, when I sold my laptop, I had no problems and always appreciated the ease. They paid the buyer in two portions, one in January and the other early February, as agreed upon. My account was abruptly stopped without warning just after getting the second payment. I followed every step they instructed right away, prompted to finish a video verification process. I was then merely instructed to wait. A few days later they completely blocked my account. I cannot now access my own money, and I have not gotten any appropriate justification. I feel as though using their service is getting me punished.
