Idol FX Unauthorized Closure of My Trades, Loss of Funds
on June 2nd at 4 pm, my trades got closed without me knowing. These trades weren't actually losing money, they were making a profit. because of the unauthorized closure, I lost 44 bucks on those trades that got closed too soon. can you please credit back the remaining balance of $1,086 to my account ASAP? That was my initial deposit of $1,131. Also you have to work on your communication skills. no communication or transparency when you closed my trades. you can't just do stuff without telling me first. As a customer, I just wanna be able to control my account and manage my trades however I want. anyway, all I want is you refund the full amount of $1,086 back to my account?
