iData "no such passport exists" Error
On April 30th, I visited the iData office. I submitted all the necessary documents, received my receipt, and upon checking the iData website with my application tracking number, it indicated that it had been sent to the consulate. Today, when I checked again for an update, it still says, "no such passport exists." Despite entering all the correct information, iData's system is extremely frustrating. I submitted my passport, but I am unable to access any trustworthy information. It's a recurring pattern, and whenever we attempt to make a call, the phone remains unanswered. It can be a challenging process that drains everyone involved.
