On January 30, 2025, we submitted a request via iData for an FZ4 visa appointment to immigrate to join my child, who holds German citizenship. Our PNR number is: idtat8lh3qg. It has been nearly 4 months, and we still have not been given an appointment. My wife and son are both German citizens. This prolonged process has been extremely challenging for us, both psychologically and financially. It is impossible to reach iData, there is no communication or update about the status of our request, and there is no clarity on when we will receive an appointment. Is it normal to wait this long just for an appointment? The process is much faster at the Istanbul and Ankara branches. I respectfully ask the authorities to accelerate the process and address our grievances. People have started expressing that companies like this should no longer exist. This lack of clarity has shaken my trust in the system.
