Hyundai Tucson AC Not Cooling In Windshield Mode Problem
Since the day I received my brand-new Hyundai Tucson in September 2025, I have been experiencing an issue with the air conditioning system. The AC stops working and does not cool when set to the windshield mode only. However, when it is set to the foot and windshield mode, the cooling works properly on both sides. This problem occurs exclusively in windshield mode and continues consistently once the engine warms up. I reported the issue to the authorized service center, and they informed me that Hyundai produced the 2025 climate control panel this way, that it is a software-related issue, and that they are awaiting information from Hyundai Korea. Although my vehicle is still under warranty, the problem has not yet been resolved. Therefore, I request that this issue be fixed as a priority; if that is not possible, I demand a refund for the vehicle since the air conditioning system does not function as intended.
Dear Sir/Madam, You are not actually responding by sending automatic standard emails through the platform. Sending an email to my address stating 'your application has been answered by our Customer Relations Officer' without solving—or being able to solve—the problem is also not considered a response. This also shows that the statement, 'Our brand, which considers customer satisfaction its most important value, and the Customer Relations Managers working at Hyundai Plazas will be pleased to assist our valued customers with any needs regarding our products and services,' does not reflect the truth in practice. The problem still persists.
