Hypnozio Subscription Charge Taken Without My Consent
On February 5 at 11:09 AM, $48 was withdrawn from my VakıfBank card by an application called Hypnozio, without my knowledge or authorization. I did not give any approval for a membership, subscription, or purchase in this app. The transaction was completed entirely without my consent.
Even though the transaction description clearly shows that the charge was made by the Hypnozio app, when I contacted VakıfBank, they told me they could not take any action regarding the transaction. I am also unable to reach Hypnozio through any channel and cannot find any responsible party to address this issue.
Because of this situation, I feel completely victimized and misled. I am requesting that the $48 charged to my card be refunded, that this unauthorized transaction be canceled, and that, if necessary, a formal investigation be conducted by the relevant authorities.
