When I downloaded the Hypnozi app, I made only a one-time, one-week payment. That is why I was extremely surprised and felt victimized when I noticed that on January 25, 2026, approximately $49 was withdrawn from my Kuveyt Türk account without any approval screen or notification.
While using the app, I was aware that I had paid only for one week. I did not approve any higher-priced or recurring subscription. Despite this, $49 was charged to my account, which appears to be an unauthorized and improper withdrawal.
I attempted to contact Hypnozi to request a refund, but I could not find any phone number or direct contact channel to reach the company. For this reason, I have been unable to resolve the issue directly with them.
I am requesting the immediate refund of the $49 charged to my account. If any subscription was activated in the background without my knowledge, I demand that it be canceled immediately. Since this transaction occurred without my consent, I ask that my grievance be resolved as soon as possible.
