If Hypnozio renewed your subscription automatically without your consent, here’s how you can cancel it properly.

First, check where you bought the subscription: if through the app (on iOS or Android), you must cancel via your Apple ID or Google Play account — deleting the app or disabling your Hypnozio profile doesn’t stop billing.

If you signed up via the website, send an email to [email protected] with subject “Cancellation of Agreement,” include your full name, email, and payment info, and ask them to stop future charges.

After cancellation, verify in your account Settings → Account Details that renewal date is no longer upcoming.

If charges continue, file your complaint on Xolvie to bring attention to the issue.
