The Authorized Huawei Service Center Is Refusing To Supply Me

I own a Huawei MateBook D13 computer and I contacted an authorized Huawei service in Turkey around March or April 2026 to have the battery replaced. During the call, I was told that they do not have a suitable battery for this computer, so they could not help me with the battery replacement. After this response, I contacted Huawei customer service for support, but I still did not receive any solution or concrete assistance regarding the supply of the battery. I want to continue using my computer safely and efficiently, but I cannot do this without an original replacement battery. I request that an original MateBook D13 battery be supplied for my device as soon as possible, or that I be directed to an authorized service where I can have this battery replaced properly.
