I Can’t Make Calls on My Huawei Watch GT 5—I Want a Full Refund

Hello, I’ve been dealing with a major issue on my Huawei Watch GT 5 for over a month. Whenever I make or receive a call, the watch immediately transfers the call to my phone, making it impossible to talk through the watch itself.

I tried resetting the network settings as suggested, and while this temporarily fixes the problem, it only works for a day at most. By the second day, the same problem returns. I sent the watch to the authorized service center, but they returned it saying "no issues found" without taking any meaningful action.
