I’m having a serious issue with my Huawei Mate 12x tablet and its magnetic keyboard. After a recent software update, the keyboard no longer connects to the device at all. The Caps Lock light doesn’t come on, and no input is recognized. I’ve tried resetting it using DFU key combinations, but nothing works.
Even worse, when I try to restart the tablet while the magnetic keyboard is attached, the device gets stuck in a continuous reboot loop. It won’t boot into the system at all. But as soon as I remove the keyboard, the tablet starts normally, which clearly shows the issue is with the keyboard connection caused by the update.
This keyboard is an essential part of how I use the tablet for work and productivity, and it’s unacceptable that a system update has rendered it useless. I spent a significant amount—₺—on this setup and now can’t use it as intended.
