Huawei Blocked My Access to Bootloader Unlocking on P40 Lite

I have a Huawei P40 Lite e (ART-L29), and I want to unlock the bootloader to improve the phone's performance and fix problems like slowdowns and glitches. But, Huawei has closed the website needed to get the bootloader unlock code. I get that there are risks, but I haven't gotten any help from customer service or the brand at all. It seems like Huawei is overlooking users who want to make the most out of their devices. I thought I would get better service and more flexibility from a brand that's so popular. I really hope Huawei will think about changing its policy and offer the support needed for unlocking bootloaders, particularly for users who are ready to take on the responsibility for it.
