My Huawei P40 Lite Touchscreen Failed
Hello! Recently, I've been experiencing issues with my Huawei P40 Lite, which I purchased and enjoyed using. After some time, it started to respond to various areas of the screen without my intervention. The problem becomes more pronounced when the screen is unlocked. If notifications or the settings panel appear from the top, I try to interact with them, but they keep dropping down. It feels like someone is persistently arguing with me, not wanting me to use the phone. I contacted a specialized and authorized service, but they couldn't identify the problem. I had to set aside my beloved phone and purchase a new one. It's very sad that such an unpleasant event happened in a short period. I also called the service number 444 79 88, but the support staff there only messed up my settings and left me hanging. In short, neither the settings nor the use of the phone are under my control.
