Huawei Matepad Air Tablet with Poor Keyboard Protection

Recently received a Huawei tablet, the damaged images of which I have attached. I own a YouTube channel where I review products thanks to my sponsors and supporters. Recently, I purchased the Matepad 11 and Matepad Air models for review and comparison. However, using the keyboard case that came with the Matepad Air, I discovered that it provides less protection compared to the Matepad 11 model, and as a result, my device got damaged. I have had falls while shooting, but I cannot understand why the keyboard case used with the Matepad 11 model was not also used with the Matepad Air model. As seen in the photos, the original case for the Matepad Air model does not provide edge protection and has a flaw in its magnetic structure. I took photos for the review, reattached the case, and at that moment, the device fell. Then I realized that if I had a keyboard case similar to the one used with the Matepad 11, I would not have encountered this problem. I am writing here because I am having difficulty establishing contact. I have tried several channels but have not been able to arrange a meeting. Moreover, I want my images to be visible. I hope to find a solution before completing the review shoot. Only the corner is damaged. There are no damages or issues with the screen and other hardware elements.

In the pictures, the thin case belongs to the Air model, while the case with edge protections belongs to the 11 model, and I understand that it is also supported by 11.5. I also have a Matepad 11. I am doing reviews. I wonder if the Air model case will fit the Matepad 11 case without any issues. If it fits, then why was it sold with a case that has no edge protection? If it doesn't fit, why wasn't a similar case produced for the Air model? 2,200 TL +? Labor is requested just for the back cover replacement. It fell because the case didn't hold it properly during product shoots. Yes, I dropped it. But if it had a keyboard case like the Matepad 11 series, such damage wouldn't have occurred.

They haven't called for 5 days. Whether the issue gets resolved or not is a separate matter, but if a company doesn't call back when you write here, you shouldn't shop from them. The product I bought is a tablet; even if it breaks, I can repair it myself. But dear consumers, I definitely do not recommend shopping from a company that doesn't value your money from the start.
