Huawei Laptop’s Graphics Card Burned Out After 3 Years of Light Use

After just three years of use, the main graphics card in my Huawei laptop has burned out. The computer was used minimally, primarily for Excel and Word, with occasional use of AutoCAD during one period. It’s hard to understand how such light usage could cause such a major failure.

Other brands offer much more durability, handling heavier workloads for years without such issues. Since the warranty has expired, I didn’t send it in for inspection. When I inquired about the repair cost, I was quoted around ₺10,000—more than what I originally paid for the laptop three years ago.

I’m extremely disappointed with Huawei’s product durability and the high repair costs. I expect an explanation and a fair solution for this issue.
