I purchased HT tokens on the Huobi HTX exchange, but they replaced the HT token with their new HTX token. As a result, my balance has been reduced to one-third of its original value. This is completely unacceptable—Huobi should have provided an equivalent value of HTX tokens to ensure their customers weren’t negatively affected by this change.
Instead, the exchange is unfairly devaluing its own customers’ investments by mishandling its token transition. I demand that Huobi rectify this issue immediately by crediting the full equivalent value of tokens to my account. It’s disappointing that an exchange would treat its loyal customers this way, and I expect prompt action to resolve this matter.
