HTX Global Blocking Rio Token Transactions – No Updates or Resolution

I cannot perform any transactions with my Rio tokens on the HTX Global exchange. Despite other exchanges allowing trading for the updated Rio tokens, HTX has yet to open trading. Realio has completed all necessary updates, but HTX has not coordinated with their team, leaving investors like me completely in the dark.

I have written multiple emails to HTX, only to receive the same generic response: “Please wait patiently.” They refuse to provide a timeline or explanation for the delay. As a CEX, how can HTX disregard its customers so blatantly? I demand immediate action to open Rio token trading and clear communication about this unacceptable situation.
