Lost GT Coins Due to Wrong Network Transfer on HTX, No Support Provided

In 2021, I accidentally transferred my GT coins from Gate.io to HTX (formerly Huobi) using the wrong network. I selected the GRC20 network on Gate.io, but HTX required ERC20. As a result, my coins were never credited to my HTX account and seem to be stuck in limbo. Despite repeatedly reaching out and even offering to pay any required fees to resolve the issue, HTX has shown no interest in helping me recover my funds. This is unacceptable, especially for a platform of this scale. HTX needs to provide proper support for network transfer errors and help users recover their assets promptly. I demand that my funds be returned or a solution be offered immediately!
