HTX Exchange Suspended My Cool Coin Without Notice, Funds Still Unresolved

I purchased Cool Coin on the HTX exchange, but the coin was suspended without any prior notice. Now, I cannot access or calculate the value of my funds tied to this coin. This is not the first time I’ve faced issues on HTX, as similar unresolved problems have occurred multiple times before.

I am extremely frustrated with the lack of transparency and support from HTX. I demand an immediate resolution—either provide access to my funds or offer a clear explanation of the situation. HTX must improve its communication and address these ongoing issues promptly to restore trust among users like me.
