I am experiencing a problem with HSBC Bank as they are unwilling to reimburse the annual fee for my HSBC Card, ending in 9066. Even though the card had a ₺1000 limit, they deducted ₺480 as an annual fee. It is quite unreasonable to deduct nearly half of the card's limit as an annual fee. I want to highlight the fact that this charge is against the law, particularly when considering the well-established precedents set by the Court of Cassation. One such example is the decision made on July 18, 2011, with case number 2011/4**6. If the bank fails to promptly address this matter, I will end my relationship with HSBC, take legal action, and notify them of my decision to stop using their card.
