Hotminidrama Account Verification Screen Never Loads

Since yesterday afternoon, I have tried many times to log into the Hotminidrama platform. I entered my name in the “Account” section and my full first and last name in the “Full Name” section in order to access my account. However, every time I attempt to log in, the screen only displays the message “account is being verified,” and even after waiting for a long time, the system never opens and I cannot access my account.

The platform attempts to process logins without requesting an email address, phone number, or any other clear verification method, yet the account remains stuck on the verification screen indefinitely. In addition, I could not find any customer service contact, support email, or communication number either inside or outside the platform, so I have no way to report or resolve this issue directly.

I request that Hotminidrama investigate this login problem, properly restore access to my account, and make the necessary corrections so I can log into the platform normally without being stuck on the endless verification screen.
