Hotmail.com Account Recovery Help Not Enough, No Access Yet

I've been having a hard time trying to get my Hotmail account back.... why? no idea, these people are tech people yet look at me...they're not giving me any help at all. I've been trying to get help for a while now, but they just won't lend a hand. It's super annoying 'cause all my personal info is in that account, and like, with all the fancy tech we got now, why can't they figure out another way? Why is the company treating its customers like they don't matter at all? I seriously gotta get into my account, but it feels like they couldn't care less about what I'm going through. It's such a bummer to see a company totally ignoring its customers like this. I wish they'd actually listen to our problems and give us the help we need. There's gotta be a better way to deal with these issues nowadays. I just wanna get back into my account and all my important stuff.
