Hotbit Account Frozen, Wallet Locked - Funds Inaccessible

I have been unable to access my funds on Hotbit since 2023 because my wallet is frozen and I can no longer log in. My account contains Shiba Inu, Tron and some other cryptocurrencies, and I am based in Nigeria. I have serious financial obligations at the moment, and these frozen funds are causing me significant hardship because I am unable to use my own money. Unfortunately, I have also forgotten my login details, so I have not been able to contact support properly through the account. For this reason, I am requesting support to help me recover access to my Hotbit account, verify my identity through any available security checks, and unfreeze my wallet so that I can withdraw my cryptocurrencies. I kindly ask Hotbit to urgently review my situation, guide me step by step on how I can recover my account despite forgetting some details, and allow me to access and withdraw my funds as soon as possible.
